Tri-Fixx has committed to in-house fastener processing including two fully automated screw powder coating lines along with screw washer assembly and packaging facilities. With the recent addition of a new state of the art, high-speed powder coating line, Tri-Fixx has a strong commitment to supplying the highest quality painted screws available on demand.
Using Australian made powders that precisely match the Colorbond® range, Tri-Fixx painted screws provide greater durability, chip and scratch resistance and UV stability compared to typical “wet” paint process. Tri-Fixx roofing and cladding screws are assembled with premium DEKS sealing washers to ensure a high-quality seal that meets the strength and sealing requirements of Australian standards and conditions. This facility allows rapid turnaround for any required painted screw finish or special assembly application.
